In the Device Function Summary under hardware properties, it says 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'

Every so often, when I unplug it, wait, and plug it back in, the light will light up again and it will appear as an Xbox One Controller in Devices and Printers, as well as in Device Manager. I've gotten one of these drivers to work momentarily, but only about half a minute before it fails to work again, and goes back to being detected as an Unknown USB Device. I did hear someone say that there are driver issues with the Windows 10 version I was on, so I upgraded to the Anniversary Edition. However, this issue is still persisting. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on here? I have tried another Xbox One controller and tired a different USB cable.
